Timothy D. Garcia
Chief Executive Officer & President

Tim Garcia brings more than 25 years of software sales, management and development experience in the enterprise applications market to Apptricity. Under his leadership, Apptricity’s growing client base now includes three of the world’s largest organizations, namely Walmart Stores, AT&T and the Department of Defense. Prior to Apptricity, Garcia held management positions at Pivotal Corporation (Nasdaq: PVTL), Compuware Corporation (Nasdaq: CPWR), Peregrine Systems (NYSE: HPQ), Sterling Software (NYSE: CA), and EDS (NYSE: HPQ). He received his BA degree in Economics from the University of California at Davis.

 

Wayne Garcia
Vice President for Strategic Development and Business Initiatives

Wayne Garcia was appointed as Apptricity’s Vice President for Strategic Development and Business Initiatives in September 2011. Bringing over thirty years of U.S. Army and corporate executive management experience in the fields of Crisis Management, Enterprise Operations, Production Management, and Human Resources, Wayne adds depth to the Apptricity team. Previously, Wayne held a senior position with Serco, Inc as the Operation Center Director for Fort Knox, KY and Atlanta, GA, where he provided oversight for government programs/contracts executed throughout the United States, and multiple overseas locations.  As an active Army Infantry officer, his primary affiliations were with the 18th Airborne Corps, 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault), Special Operations Command and Accessions Command.  He retired as the Chief of Staff of Cadet Command in 2007. Wayne possesses a Master's degree in Strategic Studies from the Army War College (Carlisle, PA) and a Master of Science in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma.

 

Randall S. Lieberman
Chief Financial Officer & Executive Vice President Corporate Development

Randy Lieberman has more than 15 years experience in finance, sales and marketing. Prior to Apptricity, Lieberman led Apptricity's initial institutional capital raise as a general partner with Quarry Venture Partners. Before Quarry, Lieberman was a partner with Vision Capital Partners and a vice president with Chase Securities Inc. (NYSE: JPM), where he structured and executed numerous merger, acquisition and project finance transactions in energy and real estate. His background also includes sales and marketing in the consumer packaged goods industry while at Nestle (ADR: NSRGY). He received his MBA from University of Texas at Austin and his BSM degree from Tulane University.

 

Roger Sanford
Chief Marketing Officer

Roger Sanford has been a leader in the marketing industry for over 25 years. He was CMO at PGP, Mbrane, Centura, 3Market and Infreeda, and also performed acquisition branding work for PeopleSoft, Varian and Vantive. Roger has provided compelling & innovative solutions and sustainable result-based programs for companies including Alcatel Lucent, Apple, AT&T, BT, Chevron, eBay, Epson, HP, IBM, Intel, Kodak, Mercedes-Benz, Match.com, Nokia, Samsung, Skyy Vodka (created the blue bottle), Siemens, Sony, UPS, Varian, Verizon and Volvo. His undergraduate work was at University of California at Santa Cruz. His MBA graduate work was with the Levy School Of Business at Santa Clara University, where he teaches classes in marketing.

 

Ralph McCoy
Executive Vice President Government Services

Ralph McCoy leads Apptricity's Government services division after heading up Apptricity's development group and its enterprise applications group. He brings more than 20 years of technology development and consulting experience in the enterprise applications market. Prior to co-founding Apptricity, McCoy helped form NetLinx, a subsidiary of Hillenbrand Industries (NYSE: HB), which provided advanced communication and location tracking solutions to the healthcare industry. He managed the development of multiple web and wireless based products, including a Healthcare Information Exchange Network. Before NetLinx, he was a senior manager with First Consulting Group, performing technology assessments related to acquisitions and new product ventures for established and emerging technology companies. McCoy received his BS degree in Computer Science from University of Central Oklahoma.

 

Mark J. Oliver
Executive Vice President Commercial Services

Mark Oliver has more than 20 years of software sales experience in the enterprise applications market, with a recognized track record for success in building and developing technical organizations. Prior to Apptricity, Oliver was the Director of North American Application Specialists at Pivotal Corporation (Nasdaq: PVTL), an enterprise eCRM provider. Oliver quickly built and managed a team to support the entire sales operation across the United States and Canada, supporting the company’s fastest growing sales team. He has also held key positions at enterprise software companies, including Cognos Corporation (Nasdaq: COGN), Compuware Corporation (Nasdaq: CPWR), and Uniface. Oliver received his Information Systems degree from James Madison University in Virginia.
