Executive Team Timothy D. Garcia Tim Garcia brings over 20 years of software sales, management and development experience in the enterprise applications market to Apptricity. Under his leadership, Apptricity’s growing client base now includes two of the world’s largest organizations, namely Wal-Mart Stores and the Department of Defense. Prior to co-founding Apptricity, Tim directed sales at STORM LLC, a leading enterprise web performance and optimization software provider. Before leading sales at STORM, Tim built and managed the Western Region at Pivotal Corporation (Nasdaq: PVTL), where he successfully quadrupled the company’s customer base and revenue. Tim has also held various management positions with Compuware Corporation (Nasdaq: CPWR), Peregrine Systems (Nasdaq: PRGN), and Sterling Software (NYSE: CA). Bridging multiple roles, Tim led the launch and worldwide product management of Hiperstation, a quality assurance testing tool used to facilitate SAP R/2 migrations he helped develop on behalf of Peregrine, subsequent to its acquisition by Compuware. Tim received his BA degree in Economics from the University of California at Davis.
Randy Lieberman has over 15 years experience in finance, sales and marketing. Prior to joining Apptricity, Randy led Apptricity's initial institutional capital raise as a general partner with Quarry Venture Partners. Before Quarry, Randy was a partner with Vision Capital Partners and a vice president with Chase Securities Inc. (NYSE: JPM), where he structured and executed numerous merger, acquisition and project finance transactions in energy and real estate. Randy’s background also includes sales and marketing in the consumer packaged goods industry while at Nestle (ADR: NSRGY). Randy received his MBA from University of Texas at Austin and his BSM degree from Tulane University. Ralph McCoy Ralph McCoy leads Apptricity’s professional services operations after heading up development of its advanced framework and next-generation enterprise solutions. He brings over 20 years of technology development and consulting experience in the enterprise applications market to Apptricity. Prior to co-founding Apptricity, Ralph helped form NetLinx, a subsidiary of Hillenbrand Industries (NYSE: HB), which provided advanced communication and location tracking solutions to the healthcare industry. While at NetLinx, Ralph managed the development of multiple web and wireless based products, including a Healthcare Information Exchange Network. Before NetLinx, Ralph was a senior manager with First Consulting Group, performing technology assessments related to acquisitions and new product ventures for established and emerging technology companies. Ralph received his BS degree in Computer Science from University of Central Oklahoma. Mark J. Oliver Mark Oliver brings over 20 years of software sales experience in the enterprise applications market to Apptricity. Mark has a recognized track record for success in building and developing technical organizations. Prior to joining Apptricity, Mark was the director of North American Application Specialists at Pivotal Corporation (Nasdaq: PVTL), an enterprise eCRM provider. Mark quickly built and managed a team to support the entire sales operation across the United States and Canada, supporting the company’s fastest growing sales team. Mark has also held key positions at enterprise software companies including Cognos Corporation (Nasdaq: COGN), Compuware Corporation (Nasdaq: CPWR), and Uniface. Mark received his Information Systems degree from James Madison University in Virginia. Robert P. Thibodeau Bob Thibodeau brings over 25 years in software planning and supply chain development, engineering management, and research and development in the enterprise applications market to Apptricity. Prior to joining Apptricity, Bob was vice president of engineering and technology for Avexus, an aftermarket services operations solutions provider. Before Avexus, Bob was senior director of product management for software applications at QAD (Nasdaq: QADI), a leading provider of collaborative commerce applications for manufacturers. During his tenure at QAD, Bob managed advanced development initiatives and led the rollout and worldwide launch of QAD's Internet exchange-based eBusiness. Additional experience includes his role as director of development at Avalon Software, a provider of client-server ERP and business intelligence software solutions, where he oversaw product development, the integration of third-party products and implemented quality initiatives. Bob received his Nuclear Engineering degree from Lowell Technology Institute. |
