Business rules are instantly applied to each purchase, and requisitions can be approved at multiple points. After purchase approval, requisitions can be forwarded for compliance , extending visibility, accountability, and control to the entire organization.

Automated POs

Apptricity Requisition/Order Management automatically “flips” approved requisitions into one or more purchase orders, extracting data line by line from requisitions assigning the information to individual POs. Buyers can create digital POs instantly and accurately. Vendors, buyers and approvers receive instant notification when POs are created and have real-time access to the purchase process. Using Apptricity Supplier Connect or traditional e-communications the system sends digital POs directly to the vendor systems, eliminating the need for vendors to contact purchasing agents for delivery, payment, or any other purchase and delivery information.

Interactive custom catalogs

Apptricity Catalog is a fully integrated resource for finding products and automatically initiating requisitions and purchase orders. You can configure Apptricity Catalog using product information from your internal catalogs, approved vendor catalogs or “punch-out” to selected supplier catalogs. Grant or restrict access to Catalog items according to user roles and purchasing authority, and include accessories, upgrades, and enhancements in Catalog product listings.
