Work order requests can be assigned either immediately or at a later date, backed by a detailed list that displays who is responsible for each job and which orders remain unassigned. You can even include the amount of budgeted hours or cost allowed for each work order, eliminating confusion and keeping services within budget.
Keep accounts organized and up-to-date with an application that fully integrates with General Ledger. You can allocate work order costs at the header or line item level and assign them to the appropriate account, enabling easy differentiation between labor and materials costs. When integrated with Apptricity Asset Management, work order templates can be assigned to specific assets for scheduled maintenance and other tasks. The application will automatically generate a work order according to your preconfigured schedule and maintain a log of work performed on each asset. Asset status will be marked as unavailable while maintenance is being performed and then automatically reset to available upon service completion. Additionally, any components installed or replaced as part of the work order can be added into the system as related assets that are then linked to the primary asset.
Apptricity Work Order Management supports convenient attachment of documentation for all work orders, including special instructions pertaining to individual jobs, delivery hours, which entrance to use or any other relevant details. The integrated mapping tool allows for use of latitude and longitude to view a map of the specified location. You can even plot a route for a driver by using specific site coordinates.
