Apptricity Corporation is seeking a UI/UX Designer to join our product team. As a UI/UX Designer, your primary focus is to research and understand our stakeholders and business users, to ensure our apps are useable, intuitive and intelligent. Ensure our apps keep up with state-of-the-art designs and industry features. Create compelling, responsive designs for both our web-based and mobile applications, developing a consistent, professional brand and experience. Create storyboards, wireframes and mockups, design interactions and flows through the application and assist in creating UI/UX prototypes. Focus on an experience that is simple yet complete with respect to solving business problems. Must be a self-starter, work well under pressure and tight deadlines, be outgoing and able to communicate and present to executives, managers, developers and end-users.

Our ideal candidate will be a writer that has a persuasive writing style which generates interest in our products or services, for the specific intent of increasing revenue. The position will work closely with our Sales Team, Product Managers and Professional Services to ensure that information is correct and to help produce high-quality proposals.

  • Produce and deliver technically accurate, high quality, on-time documentation based on a thorough understanding of internal/external expectations.
  • Meets proposal deadline by establishing priorities and target dates for information gathering, writing, review, and approval; entering and monitoring tracking data; coordinating requirements with contributors; contributing proposal status information to review meetings; transmitting proposals.
  • Develops proposal by assembling information including project nature, objectives/outcomes/deliverables, implementation, methods, timetable, staffing, budget, standards of performance, and evaluation; writing, revising, and editing drafts including executive summaries, conclusions, and organization credentials.

This position reports to the CEO and will oversee Customer Implementations for all commercial accounts and projects. The ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple implementations and excellent communication skills and be a proactive, solution-oriented, strategic leader.


This position requires a Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline and a minimum of 8 years of Professional Services / Project Management experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Review proposals to determine costs, timeline, funding, staffing requirements, and goals. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish strategic business goals.
  • Direct, supervise, and govern corporate projects while overseeing the work of multiple project managers and their project teams.
  • Communicate and lead projects that span multiple delivery teams. Determine and drive the right tailored planning, status, and metric tracking systems with project teams, internal and external partners and teams input to ensure program on-time delivery and success.

At Apptricity, you will become an integral part of the expanding Marketing team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will work closely with Marketing. Your main objective is to contact all strategic generated leads to convert them into qualified leads to pass to Outside Sales. You will also be responsible for cold calling to generate new qualified leads.

Essential Duties:

  • Must be comfortable spending majority of time on the phone working both inbound and outbound leads
