Tim Garcia brings more than 30 years of software sales, management and development experience in the enterprise applications market to Apptricity. Under his leadership, Apptricity’s growing client base now includes three of the world’s largest organizations, namely Walmart Stores, AT&T and the Department of Defense. Prior to Garcia's 17 years as Apptricity's CEO, he held management positions at Pivotal Corporation (Nasdaq: PVTL), Compuware Corporation (Nasdaq: CPWR), Peregrine Systems (NYSE: HPQ), Sterling Software (NYSE: CA), and EDS (NYSE: HPQ). He received his BA degree in Economics from the University of California at Davis.
Ralph McCoy brings more than 20 years of technology development experience in the enterprise applications market to Apptricity. Prior to co-founding Apptricity in 1999, McCoy formed NetLinx, a provider of advanced communication and location tracking solutions for the healthcare industry, where he managed the development of multiple web and wireless products. Before NetLinx, he was a senior manager with First Consulting Group, where he performed acquisitions and new product venture technology assessments for technology companies. McCoy received his BS degree in Computer Science from the University of Central Oklahoma.
Wayne Sparks brings more than 20 years of experience as a Chief Financial Officer. He has diverse industry experience with a reputable understanding of mergers and acquisitions, as well as capital formation. As a licensed CPA, Sparks spent over nine years at the international accounting firm KMPG in Dallas before moving into the CFO role for companies ranging in revenue size from high-growth start-ups to billion-dollar plus. He has significant demonstrated success in building stakeholder value through operational, acquisition and divestiture activities. He received his BBA in Accounting from The University of Texas at Arlington.
Mark Oliver has more than 20 years of software sales experience in the enterprise applications market and is known for building and developing technical organizations. Prior to Apptricity, Oliver was the Director of North American Application Specialists at Pivotal Corporation (Nasdaq: PVTL), an enterprise eCRM provider. He quickly built a team to support the entire sales operation across North America. He also held key positions at enterprise software companies, including Cognos Corporation (Nasdaq: COGN), Compuware Corporation (Nasdaq: CPWR), and Uniface. He received his BBA in Information Systems from James Madison University.
Laura Mowrer has more than 20-plus years of software development experience, driving product development of new business applications from idea to market delivery. Mowrer has a passion for building high-quality, feature-rich products for the world’s most challenging environments. Prior to joining Apptricity as Vice President of Application Development, she served as Vice President of Product Development at Epicor Software Corporation and Vice President of Product Management at TMX Finance, LLC. Mowrer received her MBA and Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering degrees from the Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio.
Terry Cave brings more than 25 years of senior management experience to Apptricity, providing significant value in his role to grow and develop the EMEA region. Prior to Apptricity, Cave led major international organizations such as Siebel, Datacash, vc-net and Centura Software, at Board level and in both Executive and non-Executive roles. Cave's particular skills and experience from within the technology and communications industry focus on building businesses, and his proven international credentials, having worked across Europe, the US, Asia Pacific, the Middle East and Africa, are essential in his role as SVP EMEA.
