Timothy D. Garcia
Tim Garcia brings more than 30 years of software sales, management and development experience in the enterprise applications market to Apptricity. Under his leadership, Apptricity’s growing client base now includes two of the world’s largest organizations, namely AT&T and the Department of Defense. Prior to Garcia’s 17 years as Apptricity’s CEO, he held management positions at Pivotal Corporation (Nasdaq: PVTL), Compuware Corporation (Nasdaq: CPWR), Peregrine Systems (NYSE: HPQ), Sterling Software (NYSE: CA), and EDS (NYSE: HPQ). He received his BA degree in Economics from the University of California at Davis.
Ralph McCoy brings more than 20 years of technology development experience in the enterprise applications market to Apptricity. Prior to Apptricity, McCoy formed NetLinx, a provider of advanced communication and location tracking solutions for the healthcare industry, where he managed the development of multiple Web and wireless products. Before NetLinx, he was a senior manager with First Consulting Group, where he performed acquisitions and new product venture technology assessments for technology companies. McCoy received his BS degree in Computer Science from the University of Central Oklahoma.
Wayne Sparks brings more than 20 years of experience as a Chief Financial Officer. He has diverse industry experience with a reputable understanding of mergers and acquisitions, as well as capital formation. As a licensed CPA, Sparks spent over nine years at the international accounting firm KPMG in Dallas before moving into the CFO role for companies ranging in revenue size from high-growth start-ups to billion-dollar plus. He has significant demonstrated success in building stakeholder value through operational, acquisition and divestiture activities. He received his BBA in Accounting from The University of Texas at Arlington.
Mark J. Oliver
Mark Oliver has more than 20 years of software sales experience in the enterprise applications market and is known for building and developing technical organizations. Prior to Apptricity, Oliver was the Director of North American Application Specialists at Pivotal Corporation (Nasdaq: PVTL), an enterprise eCRM provider. He quickly built a team to support the entire sales operation across North America. He also held key positions at enterprise software companies, including Cognos Corporation (Nasdaq: COGN), Compuware Corporation (Nasdaq: CPWR), and Uniface. He received his BBA in Information Systems from James Madison University.
Michael Haslam is a business-focused data science leader who leverages his expertise in modeling, data analytics, operations management, and Six Sigma to deliver innovative business intelligence solutions that drive operational and profitability improvements for both Fortune 500 and mid-sized companies. Over the last ten years, he has led the Agile development and deployment of over 100 custom business intelligence applications and advanced analytics models that have delivered millions in positive financial impacts to clients. With an extensive background applying Six Sigma within companies, Michael is well equipped to conceptually model and re-engineer critical business processes and has helped directly produce millions in cost savings across multiple organizations.
Previously, Michael was the VP of Data Analytics Consulting and Application Development at Predictum where he led a team of developers creating custom business intelligence applications for clients in a range of industries. He also has held senior management roles at National Semiconductor, including leading the company’s Six Sigma training program as a Master Black Belt. Michael holds a Ph.D., an M.S., and a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Mr. Daichendt served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Nortel Networks Mr. Daichendt served as Executive Vice President of American Internet Corporation. He served as Executive Vice President of Worldwide Operations at Growth Networks, Inc. and Combinet, Inc. Mr. Daichendt served as an Executive Vice President of Worldwide Operations with global responsibility for sales, distribution, manufacturing and the global alliances at Cisco Systems. Mr. Daichendt spent ten years with IBM in various sales, marketing and management positions. He has been the Chairman of the Board at Polycom, Inc. since February 12, 2016. He served as the Chairman at ShoreTel, Inc. from July 2010 to March 2013. He has been Lead Independent Director of Juniper Networks, Inc. since March 27, 2015 and has been its Independent Director since May 21, 2014. Mr. Daichendt serves as a Member of Advisory Board of IPcelerate, Inc. and NAEN Ministries. He has been a Director of Snap Appliances Inc. since October 2000. Mr. Daichendt serves as a Director o fChromux Technologies Inc. He was a Director NCR Corporation. since April 26, 2006 until April 25, 2018. He serves on the board of PacketDesign. He has been a Director at Polycom, Inc. since August 5, 2015. Mr. Daichendt serves as Director of ClickActionInc. and Azuza Pacific University. Phillip Dunkelberger has broad experience resulting from more than 30 years in technology. Prior to leading Nok Nok Labs, Mr. Dunkelberger served for 8 years as co-founder and CEO of PGP Corporation, the leader in the Enterprise Data Protection market, until acquired by Symantec in 2010. He has significant experience in SaaS infrastructure and enterprise software, having served as Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Doll Capital Management (DCM), President and CEO of Embark, and COO of Vantive Corporation. He has also held senior management positions with Symantec, Apple Computer and Xerox Corporation. Mr. Dunkelberger has served on several boards of directors, and currently serves on the Advisory Board of Ionic Security. He is a founding board member of the Cyber Security Industry Alliance (CSIA) and is Chairman Emeritus of TechAmerica’s CxO Council. Mr. Dunkelberger holds a B.A. in Political Science from Westmont College and is a member of the school’s President’s Advisory Board.
Charles Moss "Charlie" Duke Jr.
Charles Moss “Charlie” Duke Jr., is an American former astronaut, retired U.S. Air Force officer and test pilot. Duke was one of the 19 astronauts selected by NASA in April 1966. He served as member of the astronaut support crew for the Apollo 10 flight. He wasCAPCOM for Apollo 11, the first landing on the Moon and he served as backup lunar module pilot on Apollo 13.
Duke served as lunar module pilot of Apollo 16, April 16-27, 1972. He was accompanied on the fifth manned lunar landing mission by John W.Young (spacecraft commander) and Thomas K. Mattingly II (command module pilot). Apollo 16 was the first scientific expedition to inspect, survey, and sample materials and surface features in the Descartes region of the rugged lunar highlands. Duke and Young commenced their record setting lunar surface stay of 71 hours and 14 minutes by maneuvering the lunar module “Orion” to a landing onthe rough Cayley Plains. In three subsequent excursions onto the lunar surface, they each logged 20 hours and 15 minutes in extravehicular activities involving the emplacement and activation of scientific equipment and experiments, the collection of nearly 213 pounds of rock and soil samples, and the evaluation and use of Rover-2 over the roughest and blockiest surface yet encountered on the moon.
Major General USA, Ret. Timothy P. McHale
Major General USA, Ret. Timothy P. McHale was born and raised in Minnesota. In May 1977 he completed his undergraduate studies at St. John’s University Collegeville, Minnesota as a Distinguished Military Graduate with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy and was commissioned a Second Lieutenant in the Transportation Corps. During his 35 years of service, he has commanded both aviation and logistics units of every echelon from platoon to theater support command, with duty in Germany, Korea, Iraq, Afghanistan, and throughout the United States.
Major General McHale held several key staff positions on the Department of the Army Staff, The Joint Staff, US Forces Korea, Multi-National Forces-Iraq, and US Forces Afghanistan.He currently is serving as the President at Nollwood, a non-profit that provides housing for retired military members and their families, while continuing to serve on the Board of Directors of Homes For Our Troops. He holds Master’s Degrees in Management from Salve Regina University, Newport, Rhode Island, and National Security and Strategic Studies from the Naval War College. He is a former National Security Fellow, John F. Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University.
