We scoured Twitter and gathered tweets pertaining to users’ travel and business expense management solution. There were common themes among the tweets and we narrowed them down to the top four complaints.
1. It takes too long to submit an expense report, from slow “save functions” to too many requirements to fill out a report, making the process a nuisance.
